SomatoEmotional Release Immersions
Resolve in one week what’s been holding you back for years.
Jumpstart Your Healing
You’re tired of feeling stuck and you want more than temporary relief.
You’ve tried other healing modalities, but at each drop-in session, it feels like you are either starting over, or responding to what’s come up that week, without ever getting into the deeper layers.
One-hour sessions aren’t long enough for you to find resolution, and you feel like you have to stop mid-process.
You crave a deeper process that gets to the heart of your suffering instead of continuing to chase your symptoms.
You are ready to move on, and you don’t want to spend years slowly unraveling the roots of your pain and trauma.
A Healing Immersion gives you the time you need to move through your process and facilitate resolution so you can finally release what has been keeping you stuck.
Nothing Can be Changed Until it Can be Faced
SomatoEmotional Release is a deeply supportive, hands-on therapy that enables you to resolve and reintegrate unhealed pain and trauma in your body, mind, spirit, and psyche so you can finally move on.
Imagine, in one week, you:
Have moved beyond the thing that has been keeping you stuck.
Feel grounded and rooted, and more like yourself than you have in a long time.
Feel free in your body and are able to move fluidly and with ease.
Have recharged your energy so you no longer feel depleted.
Are situated in yourself so you can move forward with confidence and clarity.
How I Can Support You
I’m a depth practitioner. I love having the time to move fully through a process. While there are certainly benefits from maintenance sessions, when working through deep seated pain and trauma, stopping and starting, even when meeting regularly, can make it difficult to build momentum and to find resolution.
SomatoEmotional Release Immersions provide the support, resources, and time for your nervous system to actually heal.
Chances are you’ve done a lot of work already and you know why you hurt, but you don’t know how to get beyond it.
Healing Immersions enable you to resolve the pain and trauma and reorient your nervous system so you can finally move on. The progress you can make through this commitment is incredible, and it is an honor to support you through the process.
How the Immersion Works
-
STEP 1: Clarity
Through a free strategy session you will clarify your goals, activate your vision, and connect with your inner wisdom to guide you through this process.
-
STEP 2: Connection
We begin with a 90-minute intake session to establish a healing container so your nervous system feels safe, supported, resourced, and prepared for this journey. We will begin to establish a therapeutic connection, and complete an introductory CranioSacral Therapy session, including mouthwork, to open the Avenue of Expression and prepare your nervous system for deeper healing work.
-
STEP 3: Immersion
Every day for three consecutive days, we will meet for three hours of integrative CranioSacral Therapy, Imagery & Dialogue, and SomatoEmotional Release to help you process and release pain and trauma from all of the dimensions of your being. Each session will begin with a centering practice and end with self-reflection, artistic expression, and/or therapeutic movement to help you consolidate and reintegrate.
-
STEP 4: Integration
We will meet for one final 90-minute session to harmonize your energy and balance your body, mind, and spirit so you feel integrated and ready to move beyond the container of this practice. You will have an opportunity to reflect upon what you learned, integrate your experience, and determine next steps.
What the Experience is Like
This work is based on the belief that pain, suffering, and stored trauma are there for a reason. Instead of working at the symptom level, the intention behind the healing intensives is to give the pain a voice and to trust it to tell us what it needs in order to release.
With hands-on support and guidance, you will have the opportunity to speak directly with the pain, and to fully resolve the physical, energetic, emotional, mental, and spiritual imprints of unresolved trauma.
As James Baldwin said, "Not everything that is faced can be changed, but nothing can be changed until it is faced.” This process will enable you to move through the places where you’ve been stuck, and find yourself on the other side.

The Impact
SELF-REALIZATION
This process unlocks your inner wisdom and restores your body’s ability to heal itself. You will discover the depths of your healing potential, and leave with clear, embodied insight that you cannot access through thinking or processing solely through your mind.
RESOLUTION
Things you’ve been holding onto for years will finally be released. You won’t need to circle back around to them, and they won’t continue to haunt you, because you will have resolved them.
A RETURN TO YOURSELF
The pain and suffering you’ve been experiencing were trying to protect you. When you let them go, you will find that you feel more like yourself than you have in a long time. You’ll feel grounded, but also lighter and more free. You will no longer be burdened by what had been keeping you stuck, and you will feel expansive and open to possibilities.

Your Questions, Answered

Great question. I’m not a psychologist, psychotherapist, social worker, or other mental health practitioner. It is not in the scope of my practice to diagnose or treat mental health conditions. SomatoEmotional Release is a practice that releases and reintegrates trauma from the mind, body, spirit, and psyche all at once. Unlike talk-therapy, these healing intensives are not centered around verbal processing. I won’t offer advice or provide my own insight. All of the insight comes from within you, and is gained by listening to your inner wisdom and to your pain.

The SomaoEmotional Release Immersion offers the time and space to explore the depths of of CranioSacral Therapy has to offer.
Each three-hour session allows time to move through your process, allowing for deeper insight, self-realization, and integration than what can be achieved in a one-hour session.
The immersive nature allows for more continuity and faster progress than starting and stopping over a prolonged time period.
Somatic Healing Immersions are perfect for people who want depth and who are ready to do the work.
Individual CranioSacral sessions are best for people who prefer a slower, more gradual transformation. These can be scheduled as needed, or on a regular basis for consistent support and maintenance. -
I recommend that you experience a few CranioSacral and SomatoEmotional Release sessions before committing to an immersion. This will help you decide if this approach resonates with you, and will give your nervous system a chance to get comfortable with this type of work.

CranioSacral Therapy and SomatoEmotional Release are 100% guided by your inner wisdom. We go at the pace, level, and depth you are comfortable with, and there is no pressure to reach a certain destination.
By dialoguing with your inner wisdom and with your pain, you will be able to release the suffering that you’ve been holding. This release may come through emotions, movements, tears, laughter, or other forms of self-expression.
While going into the pain and suffering can feel intense, the release is a cathartic experience. Most people feel like a weight has been lifted, or there a spaciousness and clarity that emerges when the tension release.
The structure of the immersion leaves enough time for you to complete the process, and to integrate your experience so you feel grounded, situated in yourself. -
That’s up to you. If you have the ability to do so, it can be helpful to have a full week dedicated to your healing, and to minimize the things competing for your attention.
This deep nervous system work can also be tiring, and having extra time to rest and to let your nervous system focus on healing can facilitate the process.
If you are unable to treat the week of your immersion as a retreat, I recommend that you schedule your sessions in the afternoon so you do not have to return to work after your appointments. You may feel a bit tender, tired, or introspective, and not having to switch gears quickly can be helpful.
